For exchanges, the customer is responsible for all postage costs applied.
All items are inspected thoroughly before an exchange is processed. Items found worn/used/unsellable will be rejected and returned back to you.
Size exchanges are allowed once per product.
Availability is not guaranteed; if your size isn't in stock, we issue credit voucher valid for three months from the issue date.
Items purchased on flash sale are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Refunds for exchange returned orders will be issued as credit voucher only.
